The vests are all custom made for you. Vests have the weights loaded into lining fabric and stitched onto the vest and are visible from the inside. The weights are permanently attached. Because this is a custom product, it is not returnable or exchangeable. To help with sizing - please view the size charts for women's and mens' in the photos. These are dimensions of an unweighted Columbia vest. You need to allow room for the weights - measure while wearing a sweatshirt and that will get you the correct size.

5 Pounds of weight is included in the price. Custom vests can be created with up to 8 pounds of weight. The charge over 5 pounds is $10 per pound. The link for adding weight is below
